i made this bulldog from taking a bmp i drew. then importing it into word for windows
changing the font to fixed width and started typing till it looked good...
so, was it a good idea... is it common practice or is it just plain cheating.... i mean i DID draw the original....

Probably just doing that won't work very well for much smaller than full page drawings: you have to consider carefully the effect of the individual characters. There is a character in it comes out as a black square -- I changed those to (').
