HI 
I use a SUCKY internet provider,,that when i go to download Acsii art on
the web and i copy and paste to my email it gets all unformated,,,,,But
when i copy and paste from the newsgroups it works just fine,
Any ideas??

probably doesn't have anything to do with your provider (regardless of
suckiness).  Check the font you are using in mail.  You want to use one
of the fonts that is not proportional or with variable spacing.  Courier
New works...
