     I wouldn't go to this page and download the archives.

     It may be a coinsidence, but I downloaded the three ZIP packages and found
a BMP that was an executable, and a fancy little com file that had high ascii
characters in the filename called "infected" (I did not run this one, but I
clicked on the BMP twice before quick viewing it and found that it was a exe in
hiding).
     Guess what? I had to uninstall/reinstall MSIE because the SYSTEM.INI file
was said to be damaged because the MSIE driver JAVASUP.VXD was bad or missing
or something.
     I'm not saying this guys files did this, but I didn't have a problem until
after I downloaded these ZIPs.
