Did someone post the rules of the game KALAH (Qalah) ?
The one with stones in two rows of small pits??
I know it's very simple, but I can't remember it exactly.

If it was you, or if anyone has it in an archive of a.a-a,
could you either repost it or email me a copy?

TIA,

Dave <XEMU>.

Do you mean Mancala? (I don't know, maybe there are different
names.) The Mancala lesson looks like this :

If you really need a repost, just say so.

Oh, yes, Kalah is another name for Mancala. There are also many
different games in the Mancala group. Some use boards with four rows
of holes instead of two. A while back, a magazine had an article on a
Mancala variant with a particularly large board, and compared its
complexity to that of chess.
