Sorry to disappoint you...

The ASCII charset just consists of 128 characters (the ones on your
keyboard and some non-printable "control codes"). Those are the only
portable glyphs, i.e. any char higher than alt-127 (in MS-DO$) looks
different on another computer. So "high ASCII" is rather useless in
Usenet newsgroups.

Don't know what you need to speak Greek for.

In the odd case you're editing a Euripides play in MS Word or Corel WP I
suggest you use the "Symbol" font.
In case you want to discuss math/physics problems on the Usenet a
pointer to the sci.math.* groups and sci.math.symbolic in particular
might help (10^-6 for "mu", etc.).

But if you insist on displaying the entire Greek alphabet on the Usenet
there's only one way. Get creative! =)

They're all in the Symbol font, if your looking to use them in a document or
something, or a piece of (graphical) art - just don't use them here! :)
