ASCII Animation blues..

Hello ASCII animators!

I hope somebody reads this.  There is so much spam trash in this
newsgroup that it may be abandoned!

I made this ASCII animation in java. ("Borrowed" from some of the
very clever animators in this newsgroup!) but it has problems
in IE.  - not just the porportional font thing, but it has
run time Java errors that stop it cold.

It seems to work in Navigator (at least on my Sparc station in UNIX)

Any clues what is wrong?

hmmm.... I get an error message when I try to load that page... My
Netscape claims it doesn't exist... :(

It's working just fine for me in Navigator. But as far as I know, these
javascript animations don't work in IE. Contact IE about it and ask why.
Maybe the runtime thing is the same problem as Netscape Gold not being
able to view anything with more than 750 lines.

It worked today! :)

(and it looks nice, no errors, but then I never got that 750 line error
anyway...)

That is not all, apparently internet explorer also removes all
"unnecessary" space characters too.... :(
