in an online newspaper...
The UnNamed Newspaper, a new online publication, is accepting
submissions for its Winter 94 issue. This newsletter currently has a
potential worldwide audience and will be distributed via various
computer networks.
Vague Writer's Guidelines:
The UnNamed Newspaper is rapidly taking shape as a
pseudo-literary/activist magazine. Creative writing is the key. We
are trying to promote randomness of information in an on-line
multiverse where information is becoming more and more specific.
Tell us what makes your sub-culture something that we would want
to know about. Get to know others who subscribe, and write, to our
magazine and become part of a network of people who are interested
in the astranged world that we have found ourselves in.
Technicalities: Submissions must be sent via email to
as7...@yfn.ysu.edu. Writers are responsible for copyrighting their own
material if they with to do so. The UnNamed Newspaper will pass on any
requests to print an article to the writer.

Um... far be it from me to state the obvious, but this NewsGroup
already --HAS-- a worldwide audience, not in potential, but in fact
(at least if I read my message headers correctly).
