I really wish I knew what this says, but on my UK computer all I can see
with any clarity is letters and numbers of the sort that are used in
Latin-variant languages ... If you could repost that in English I, and
probably more other people, might be able to help you. I think we could
manage French, German, Spanish or Swedish too.
