Jens Reissenweber (jrei)

Hi,
    I'm looking for an artist named Jens Reissenweber who uses the alias
jrei...This is in regards to a piece of work done of a city skyline that I
would like to use in a program. However, I need your permission and all. If
anyone knows Jens' email or if you are Jens, I would appriciate it if you
