There is a program obtainable by doing a search using gopher etc. on
archie. I can't remember what it's called but it should non-the-less
fullfill your requirements.

Eric;

Does your GIFSCII have any documentation with it? I have the GIFSCII
that someone posted a month or so ago but it was only the .EXE file.
I can work it but maybe I am missing something by not knowing about any
switche that could do different things.

I've done a search for the above type of program, but
everything I've come across seems to be geared towards a
Unix type system. Does someone have a version that is
PC/Windows3 compatible??
