You probably weren't using a monospaced font. In order to create ASCII-Art
that will be correctly viewed by everyone, you should use a fixed-width (or
monospaced) font such as Courier.
Anyway, I tried to fix your worm a little. I think it's very cute!

i'm trying to get a cool ascii login picture for my linux box ..
as you can see my nick is WWWorm .. so i was thinking ..
a ascii pic thats about half a screen big bight be pretty cool ..
it should contain my nick as well as some little worms ..
