I was working for a computer graphics company using some
custom software that was crashing alot.

After several days of lost work due to core dumps, impatiently
waiting for the latest fixes, I whipped this baby together
and emailed it to the lead programmer.

Definitely reflects my frustration at the time..
    it's not a bad self-caricature either ;)

    It did.

He said something about wanting to give up programming in favor
of 'throwing fish at the fulton fish market' which I took to mean
    he was unhappy doing software.
