TALK: GIF->? Converterizerfiers

          As Jeroen Ruis asked in a recent message, as well as a
     large number of other folks fairly regularly:

          Recently, while going through my shareware CD collection
     on one of my other boxes, I remembered seeing a tool to convert
     GIFs to ANSIs.  I figure it should be a relatively simple pro-
     cess to convert ANSIs by hand to ASCII, or for the more impati-
     ent (smarter?) among us, perhaps it'll also include some sort
     of ASCII output as well.  I'm handicapped, and it's on my MMPC
     that requires me to sit up to use it (something I don't do too
     much) so the next time I get over there <G>, I'll search the
     whole batch again <groan> and try to find this thing, after
     which I'll post any/all info/filenames/etc. on such tools.  So
     y'all stay tuned and hopefully within a few days there'll be
     an answer (I'll save for future use) to post in response to
     this often-asked question. :)
