Does anyone out there have the complete set of ascii characters for the 
American code set?

All I have is the 3 digit codes. I do not know where to get the four digit 
codes, for example alt-0753 is "�".

Any help would be appreciated. I cannot seem to get this info on my own.

There are only 128 ASCII codes and only 256 extended ASCII codes so 
alt-0753 gives you character 241 (the bits higher then 8 binary bits 
are lost (or if you prefer subtract 256 until you get a number less 
than 256) - this is the character you get.  So as you can see 
entering numbers greater than 255 just repeats the lower numbered characters.

Hope this makes some sence and is of use.
