Can someone send me a program that writes with colors, I have seen it in
chat rooms.

       TheDRAW is both a drawing program and an
editor for ANSI and ASCII, plus it saves files
in other formats, like BSAVE (4000 byte binary).
       AnsRtist is available as rtist091.zip,
but it is only a drawing program that writes
ANSI and ASCII (.txt) at the same time, and
you can draw with any character using the cursor
keys with scrolllock ON.
       And I think MNU3FREE was mentioned here.
