Help? need name and artwork?

Hi! I have been pestering people over at alt.binaries.clip-art asking for
help on "line art" (I didn't know what it was called) and one of the kind
souls directed me to this newsgroup.

I'm tired of seeing the same old, same old in my siglines. Can I get some
help to spruce it up? I have seen some really wonderful things done and have
gotten quite envious <g>.

I want to incorporate a rose into my name somehow. Added onto that
difficulty, I have to put a reference to my newsgroups charter in it. (I am
a netcop) and have a four line (usenet etiquette) limit. Can I get some help
or a suggestion? should I give it up?

Here is all the pertinent info that has to go in it. (I know I'm being
presumptious, but I am hoping and quite determined <g>)
