My impression is that it's more analogous with random thoughts

I think I prefer the more abstract CLEAR EYEs... but on the whole I find
them pretty amusing... don't think I'd be so quick to dismiss the
artwork, some of it looks pretty dashing on an 80x24 text display...

Can I prove that I find someting funny?  I supose in the right
labratory conditions a MRI could prove it.  But that seems to be more
than I am willing to go through for this.

Of course part of the problem here is that a number of people seem to
be operating on the idea that all comics need to funny.  I have
ponderd creating a ascii comic series that are not funny at all.

Some of it.  Ok, so a lot of it isn't *funny* in the conventional sense,
but I do enjoy reading them.  Mildly entertaining might be a better
description.
