I like this one. Fan Boy and Nerd Boy just seem so in character.
This is the kind of stuff they should be doing all the time.

Even though there are SO many words, this one is pretty good. However,
I would like to have seen Nerdboy and Fanboy sitting a little farther
away from Cinemapatron so there would be no confusion at all about who
is speaking. Something like this:

                  ,,,
.--- '.. OO ---.--- Excuse me, could you
             | |(( |(( | |__ , please be quiet?
             .---.---.---.--- ..' ---.

                          what I'm talking about!
                  ,,, , YOU! SHUT.. UP!
             .--- '-- OO ---.---.---.
             | |(( |((- |__ | |
             .---.---.---.--- oo' ---.

Eeeek... if Nerdboy and Fanboy are going to the cinema all the time,
can I be assured that they will only be seeing StarWars?

The "SO many words" build up to the snappy punch line. At least, that's
what I was aiming for.

And have them NOT sit in the middle? Yikes! The screen is skewed! Less
than optimal cinema experience! Red alert! RED ALERT!

Not that I know what you're talking about.. ("all the time"?) ..but
they'll probably watch Two Towers, Harry Potter, X-Men 2 and whatnot.

Oh Horrors! WHAT was I thinking???

You mentioned in your initial post:
"This is the kind of stuff they should be doing all the time."

I'm just trying to ascertain when it is safe for me to go to the
cinema.

That's better. I'll keep that in mind next time I do a cinema strip. :)

Ooohh, no no... Now you're the one being too literal. I meant the general
feel of the strip. Fan Boy initiates conversation, Nerd Boy rebuts and
then makes a total fool of himself. Seems like a good formula. :)

Sure it is, no problem. Well, barring the irritating cinema patrons at
your local cinema.

Exactly. Sheesh, what is it with other people? Frankly, it seems to me
that most problems can be traced to other people... Let's just get rid
of them altogether. (Hmm, I sound like a troll that used to frequent
this group.)
