  Comments:  This is the first ASCII stereogram I've put together (for my
  HP email newsletter).  If you haven't tried this stuff before, some hints:

   % You have multiple representation of objects in parallel columns -- 4 
     in this example.

   % An object nearer to you has *closer* spacing (fewer spaces); an object
     further away has *wider* spacing (more spaces).

   % With four columns, in stereo you will appear to have *five* columns.
     You can see spacing errors by inspecting the center three columns (the
     two outlying columns don't count -- they're hard to focus on).

   % Beware (as I got trapped initially) to make sure you have a common 
     number of representations of *all* objects.  Originally I had three
     representations of a few objects, but this led to a visual conflict
     with objects that had four representations -- a very subtle one since
     the spacing was correct.  So I went back and made sure I had four
     representations of every last element in the picture.
