hi 
   I was wondering whether there are any ways in which to change the fonts
   so you can replace characters (abc%$#123...) with pictures, like bit maps
   so you can get programs which can make graphics in xterm windows. If there
   are, can any one tell me how i can get my hands on some of these programs.
