For CJ Randall, True Friend

Men have died, from time to time, and worms have eaten them,
but not for love.

Be thou not dismayed, Colin, ol' boy. For into e'ery arena a
towel is oncet throwed. An' if yours seems more than others,
rest assured, it is less than some. Love is like a blooming
rose, that greets the morning with glistening reward. And yet,
all flowers must wither, to die.

And to, there is this: marriage is a feast, where sometimes
the grace is better than the feast.

What better companionship could man ask for, but that

Looks like an excellent close-up of a pear-bowled kiseru pipe.

No, you only keep cats for tamales. They're not "man's best
friend, after all. When the going gets tough, you can eat your
dawg. But cats are good to eat, anytime.
