Aesthetically asserting your copyrights

I am seeing people Outlook Express proofing their pics by putting dots at the
very beginning of each line. At the time I made that suggestion, I have
already mentioned that any character at the beginning of the line will do. 

I would like to go one step further now, and point out that you can put your
name or initials at the very beginning of each line in a vertical line up, see
the examples below.

This is an aesthetically good way for asserting your copyrights, since your
name or initials are out of the way, "there are no ugly letters in the pic"

First example:

Second example: (assuming your initials are "xyz")

You need to juggle the height of the pic in terms of multiples of three in the
second example (multiples of the length of your initials, generally speaking),
but one or two blank lines (blank except for the character on the far left) at
the top and bottom of the pic are always necessary anyway.
