HI guys!

We are trying to compress a  QT movie with Premier 4.2.
We want it to run from double speed CD.(100kb/s)
The source for the movie was shot using a video-camera.
What are the best parameters we need to choose?
Should we use in addition to compression param, any filters or
something?
Thanx a lot guys we will appreciate it....
