Check out my first animation.I call it The Massacre.
If you have a Javascript enabled browser, point it to
http://www.inspace.net/~carcher/krogg/massacr.htm
This animation it a test output for my soon to be
released application "Ascii Animator".It took about
30 mins to make up the animation but i still had a
few bugs to fix so it took about an hour to fix.As
soon as i write up some docs and finish some things
to my liking,I will let every one know where to download
it.Supposing you want to.

I can hardly believe it. There's an on topic post here!

Well done, Krogg.

May be true,I am a amature at ascii art and doing animations isn't any
easier.Hell,I had to make me a progie to do it,I dont know how you
would do it with out one.
The way the killer does the "ha ha ha your dead" thing was inspired
by your animations.I really like the thread where you laugh your head
off.I want to make a lot of them and have a page full of my own gruesome
animations.Ya know,like,people bieng sawed in half,eaten by dogs,blasted
with shot guns, set on fire, electrocuted. Not that im evil, but well
ok,maybe a tad,but who doesnt have a dark side.I think it would be a
cool page any how.

Just to note:You mentioned in you ani template that if a ani had
" or / in it the one would have to change it to /" and // respectivly.I
might have overlooked it but,i think you forgot to mention < needs to
be changed to /< too.I thought i had every thing fixed but i hit a snag
because of the < in my animation,good thing,cause i did fix it.Thanks
for the inspiration. If it wasnt for your posts to this group,i probly
wouldnt have gotten in to ascii-animation.

see ya.

I'm flattered that I inspired you. (I think) Your idea to have a set of
gruesome animations is an interesting one.

As to the < needing to be changed to /<, I didn't know that. Do you have
trouble seeing my animations? They are filled with < and > because of
the llizard's back.

Ya,You are proly rite.I can c yours fine but when i make my own netscape
pukes all over it.Another thing that tweeks me is that my animations
wont werk the first time.I have to change the tick value with notepad. It
doesnt matter if it is right, aslong as i edit it with notepad and then
save it again. Then it werks. But the 2 i made i did while having been up
for 30 or so hours,so maybe i was just tripping.
< by its self is proly fine but /< werks too and as i had some error in
mine from the < im gonna stick with the /< version. It might make a
difference in other browsers in future,i dunno.I dont really know
javascript but maybe ill learn.

It's really not so difficult to make an animation without a program!

Even though I seem to have no difficulty seeing my animations, I have
now changed my template to read that < and > must have a backslash as
well. The revised template is at:
