Does anyone know who did this?

I have completely lost my head (so what else is new?) and decided to
animate Mr. ASCII-head again after seeing the poor man endlessly
Macarena when I went to majorly overhaul my html coding in my pages. He
really needed a break from it and now he's shooting some hoops.
