It's rather stupid.. but here is a turnip. I don't know how to finish it
off... not enough imagination. Can someone finish it off for me and give
me some ideas?

wait... it looks different from the one I made on Notepad (I just did
copy and paste only)....the tilde is not on the top?
Also, I think I don't have all the ascii characters from my keyboard..
eg. on the tilde button, I find a double quotation mark, 2 open and
close single quoatation mark. But there's no way that I can type it out
except the ~
Is there special command to type out other ascii characters?

Explanation
-----------
^ and ~ display differently depending on the font used. Sometimes they are
stuck to the top of the character box, while in other fonts they can be in
the middle. Therefore I tend to avoid them unless I'm using them for shape.
For position, " is near enough equal to ~, and A makes a good up arrow when
the whole box needs to be used. For a small arrow at the top of the box,
there isn't really any suitable character other than ^, but use with care.
