If I understand what you are requesting, there are three good ones.
First, there is the ISO8859-1 Table, at
http://www.uni-passau.de/~ramsch/iso8859-1.html
This one gives commonly used symbols before letters of the alphabet.
I am not sure if it is complete, but it should all be okay for
writing HTML, etc.
Second, there is the SymbolTable, at
http://www.bbsinc.com/symbol.html
The nice feature of this table is that it goes in numerical order. One
drawback is that the table is too wide to print all of it on standard
letter or legal sized paper.
And third, you might try ASCII-ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1) with HTML Entities
Table, at
http://www.bbsinc.com/iso8859.html
Again this is too wide to print on normal paper. It is a compilation
drawn from many sources, it provides links to these sources, and tells
you probably more than you need to know. The benefit of this file is
that it lists hex values as well as escape sequences. This is probably
the most complete, although it does not print the results of some of
the codes. For example, they have #156 listed as an extended control
character, but they do not tell you that in HTML using this number will
produce an oe ligature.
Hope this helps.

I've heard the only time that hair interferes with the music is when
it gets tangled up in the instrument. There's been a lot of debate
on that from the bluegrass camp. -- Norman Blake, Live at McCabe's
