"Dachshund", and it'd have to be a very hairy dachshund. I think it's
more along the lines of scottish terrier. Could be cross-bred though.

From high up in the air? Is it a flying dog? There are flying dogs,
you know. They look pretty damn scary. Apparently they're called
"flying foxes" in English though...
