How to create cool ascii-folders for FTP???

Hey everyone! i want to create cool folder-names for my ftp-server, something lke this: "_.:':._Counter-Strike"_.:':._"! Does anyone know a site where i can see a tutorial/howto which explains how to create more than this? And i want to use characters that are not "standard" like "o?��\??�+?�?��?i�?q �i�~?y!˥�" and so on! This would be very great! Thx for your support!

Thx for your support! > hi ... one of the reasons why few people use 'shell' chars or 'extended' char-set glyphs in their filenames is so all operating systems can read and interpret the information for display (in a sensible manner) for example: "_.:':._Counter-Strike"_.:':._"! m$.windows would bleat about that folder name because it has three (3) quote chars in it any of \ / : * ?
