I have been encoding chinese radicals in the atariascii character set but I cannot figure out how to put these on the internet. I use a 800xl. If I set up a null modem connection to another computer I can port the ascii control character representation. These I will use to access 8x8 pictures of the atari graphic characters and then fit them into a two dimensional grid or more easily as 10 lines of 10 control bitmaps each When binhex transports pictures it breaks the large images up, witha similar scheme, to transmit individually and then reassembles them. I wonder if I can reverse engineer binhex to accept subpictures that make up the character. any tho...@cnw.com
