Problem with ASCII-ART! Copy?

How do I copy a "drawing" that someone has posted?
When I try to do it, and I paste it, it just gets all screwed up.

I am not on a fixed font either.  How do I change my browser font?

Check your font... sounds like you might
be saving it in a proportional font.. Make sure
you're using Courier, FixedSys, or Monaco (MAC).
Lucinda Console or New Topaz will work too.

It might be the font, in order for all art to look half decent, the following
pipes should line up:
iiiiiiii|
mmmmmmmm|
        ^--Did that line up?
Another possiblility is that whatever program you're using doesn't allow you to do
some stuff like use a space on the first character or some stupid thing like that
(only Office and programs like that do that kind of junk)
Or maybe it uses Tabs, and tabs are evil! The reason is because there is no
uniform tab spacing, so you could really skew it up bad.

Since I have used Netscape for 4 years, I'm am loyal to Netscape. Here are the
directions:

Go to Edit --> Properties.
Goto the  Appearance
          |--Fonts
thing
There you go. You should definitely set the fixed width font to a fixed width font
(duh), and if you're REALLY someone wanting to see it all perfectly, go and do the
Variable Width one too.

As for Agent, you should always use a fixed width font, even in the newsgroup
listings, because these fonts really help your eyes.
