Ascii art text writer

Hi,

Are there any programs for the PC (not mac) for doing ASCII drawings and
ASCII signatures (with text abilities).

And by the way, i don't want a link to a web one.. (unless its a download
for a exe file)

Perfectly suitable for ASCII Art.

If you find that a little sucky, seek a better editor. I recommend TextPad
(http://www.textpad.com/)
