Question: How to make ansi, text on yellow background

 Exsquuze my lameness, but I am having this problem.
I need to draw a logo in ansi. This logo has a yellow flag and
some text onit.
Now to what I understand ansi-standard does not support text on yellow
background. So I am wondering of how this could be done.
Any help would be highly apreciated. I am in deep shit if I can not
get this bbs up and running in time. Please answer if you have ANY
suggestions or if you could even draw this logo for me. 
I will try to find a way to compensate your efforts.

I'm sending Jussi a copy of this by mail, but am posting in case anyone
else is interested in the info:

There is a shareware program out there called ANSIartist that I used
to draw a screen for a BBS.  The last version I saw was art25.zip and
I got it off the net.  (If you can't find it, but you can receive
encoded mail, let me know and I can send you a copy...)  I used it to
draw yellow characters on a blue background.

The original user is asking about Yellow Background.  That can't be
done in Ansi, not as far as I know.  Bright background colors are not
supported.

One way he may get around that, depending on what his flag looks like <g>
is to create the flag ( a rectangle ) consisting of Yellow Foreground.
Then put in the foreground on background text colors.

That might not look to good, but that's the best he can do if he
insists on Bright Background colors.

 Right the latter one is true. Anyway, the problem's already solved.
 A white flag on blue background with red/yellow text on it.
 Using blue as background somhow makes it look almost ok. And this is a bit
 easier than re-doing the whole ANSI-standar ;))
