' (or: Jumping on the y2k bandwagon!) :o)
On each of the six remaining days until the start of y2k, AAOTM will
be looking though some of the art of six artists who have been big
on alt.ascii-art. Admittedly ASCII Art hasn't been around throughout
this millenium, but who cares? :o)
I just wish there were more days to run this on... there are just
too many artists to fit into this almost-week.

You should have started it earlier, with the best one at the end :) [Snip of wonderful pics] >"Joan Stark has emerged as a very talented, and by far the most >prolific Ascii Artist, to date, easily surpassing the collections of >Row; Targon; Susie Oviatt; Normand Veilleux and Allen Mullen." > --Colin Douthwaite, Late 1998 > Joan really does impossibe things. By the way, the subject should read "Millennium" instead for "Millenium" with one N. I think Millennium comes from Mille (thousand) Annus (years) or something like that, so we could imagine what Mille Annus with only one N would mean *g* ObASCII: \O O/ |\ ' |- / \ '-'\ Two guys kickin' a Footbag ----------------------- Lauri Kangas - 39143317 lkanga @mbnet.fi http://www.mbnet.fi/~lkanga ----------------------- When we talk to God it's called prayer.
