Thanks for the  comments from our resident mad biologist.

The same article in the New Scientist did vaguely refer to fructose and it's
effects on alcohol page 77. I don't think you can view this on the net
unfortunatley.

For more scientific research articles to back up our claims pls refer to
Voulme 26  (1) of Alcohol and Alcoholism page 53, amongst others......
