As someone with a touch of aspergers I really don't get this joke.
Aspergers have nothing to do with being wacky and confused .. quite the
opposite.

Nerd and Asperger are almost the same thing.

People with Aspie are logical thinkers with a great talent for focusing
intensely on a task , subject or interest.
The interest can often be very narrow ... like Ascii-art f.x.

Many people who draw ascii-art can be considered nerds and many nerds
have a touch of aspergers.

Maybe even _you_ ..

You mean they have a mental illness where they only focus on one thing.

I hardly ever do it and when I do it's just to be cool.
