Want an utility, running on Win3.11, for making fonts

   Does anyone know of an utility, which runs under Windows 3.11, that
 allows one to make one's own fonts. Any help would be appreciated.

Adobe Photoshop lets you design fonts i believe. CorelDraw7 does as
well. Both of the programs are monsters and cost a bit.

There is one called Fontographer. IIRC it isn't a 'monster', and I have
heard it recommended on alt.binaries.fonts (Try asking there, you'll get
a better answer)
