Joan!! That's exactly the pose of all those Mediterranean flamingoes I
saw when I was bicycling through the hordes of mosquitoes last year. (If
you added 50 or 60 more flamingoes to your picture and 500,000 or
600,000 mosquitoes, it would look JUST like what I saw.)

I have not seen this here original post. I don't think I want to
see no hunnerds of moskitos, though, so I figgered I best reepost
while I still had the chance. Leave this here one flamingo alone.
It looks fine, and the other 50-60 flamingos are just off to the
right, on the other side of the bushes.  If you look that way hard
enough, you will see them.

    I did not know Joan nearly falled off the face of the earth,
or seemed to. Sounds dangerous. I'd like to hear the story behind
that, and how she got herself in such a position.
