Talk: Scarecrow's FTP site update

The Scarecrow's FTP site at ftp.wwa.com pub/Scarecrow has had a few
items added to it.
I have added color pics and animations, in appropriately named
folders. I also added a folder called Info. Info has technique files
from Normand and Row, and well as Jorn's ASCIItech file, and FAQs on 3D
and animation.
And of course it still has The Scarecrow's files, Steve Sullivan's
Small ASCII Pics, Gifscii for many systems, and Figlet.
