Weak Ghoul, Tepid Porcuipine

Hi-
I am working on an ASCII art role playing game (development took a
backseat to work for a while, but now it's on) and things are going
very well. Anyway, I need a ghoul and a porcuipine (who doesn't!) and
have come up with these as prototypes:
<PRE>
_
(") ,,
_//_//
// \\
'' \\
//\\
_// \\_
\\\\\
---oo\
//////
</PRE>
The ghoul I think is not so bad, but the porcuipine looks like a fish
skeleton wearing glasses. Does anyone have any suggestions for
improvement on these? I am limited in space so need to keep the ASCII
art small, while still retaining the ghoulish and porcuipinishness of
the characters.
Also, does this look like a ninja to you?

Thanks,

LG- Thanks for the extra ghouls! They are cute, and the smaller ones are the right size for the game. The trap door thingy has a really good look, I may have to use that one. And, the big porcuipine is excellent, good quillage. You rock, thanks for the ideas and suggestions. Selby Why can't you spell porcupine? Ivan
OL- No apologies needed. I like it, although it looks more like an anklosaurus. We could use an anklosaurus! ol wrote: > Apologies for the effort: > <PRE> > _/\/\/\/\ > _/ o /\/\/\/\ > (__ _/\/\/\ -> > (_) (_) > > </PRE> Thanks! Diane!

Thanks for the old critters and weapons. The "owly" thing is already in the game, the crab I will use too. Thanks! Diane. P.S. Oh, the game is online, HTML based, and uses preformatted text. So as far as the font, it's whatever your browser chooses to use for <PRE>. Not sure if I can force fixedys or any other font... P.P.S I am not planning to make any money off the game, it's just for fun. I will be crediting all the ASCII art I use, so as to give props where props are due. If anyone doesn't want their are used in an online multiplayer old school DnD style game, I will not use it. > _\|||/_ > --o.o-- > " " Super cute! > (\/)__(\/) > ||/oo\|| > '-\<>/-' > //\\ Good crabish critter!
