I am having problems with this program.  I uudecoded it and down load it.  I 
them used pkunzip which seemed to extract "THEDRAW.EXE" but when I went to
run it, it gave me "Runtime error 103 at 1AAD:00B8".  Can anyone shed any
light into the subject??

It means there's a runtime error (103) at 1AA:00B8 :-). Here's a better way...
