   Well here's an angel from the first SAAA.  It may not be exactly what 
you are looking for, but it's all I can find at the moment.

   It's from tsh...@undergrad.math.uwaterloo.ca (Tim...@work.hell), who says
"The angel is a first (and only) draft.  Man, I couldn't have done that if I
