I have recently revised my JavaScript ASCII-animation tutorials.
Apparently, script *language* is deprecated now. While I am fully aware
that this method of ASCII-animation is probably deprecated too, I have
revised the templates to reflect the change.

I have also added a fourth part to the tutorials "Making a finite
JavaScript ASCII-animation" and hope that Daniel Hunt doesn't mind that
I have used his script. Naturally, I have given him credit.
