Line: MUCK title for Sociopolitical Ramifications

Hello to all ASCII artists!
I'm looking for a good MUCK title screen. [A MUCK is one of these
places where people from all of the world can connect and wander
around in a virtual world.] It should be less than 80 characters
wide and 14 lines high. The title is `Sociopolitical Ramifications',
it is high-tech oriented .... the first version came from Martin
Gauffin, the founder and owner of it.

Now, do any of you know how to make this better, more clearly defined
and still high-tech-like looking? I was impressed at the way that
some pictures were improved here, that's why I ask.
