Re: Req: Seated to standing stick figure

I made a few adjustments to the responses I received and came up with
something I think is interesting.  Please let me know what you all thing
of the changes.  The only thing is that I did not know how to make a
straight line up and down, so I had to use the #1, as this was the
closest I could come, it will have to suffice.

(I'm an Alexander Technique coach - and teach Mobement Dynamics to
Ballroom dancers, skaters and horseback riders primarily (though I do
work with other athletes as well as those with TMJ and Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome) - and we use an exercise that takes the student from a
balanced seated position in the chair to a walking position...)
