: About this post
: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

: It is crossposted to three groups for the following reasons:

: 1. alt.ascii-art
: since that's where it all started, though I feel that it is
: time to move it to a more appropriate group.

: 2. alt.animals.felines
: because I don't have the cooking and slaughtering know-how
: needed to respond to the details of the post quoted below.
: Also, because I'm a little bit worried that somebody might
: take his "recipe" seriously.

: WARNING!
: Weak-stomached cat lovers might not want to read further!

: 3. alt.romath
: where flame wars are actually on-topic. This is also one of
: the groups where I'm setting follow-ups. The reason that I
: include a couple of other groups in the follow-ups is that
: they are similar to alt.romath, and it's considered "good
: form" in those three groups to crosspost interesting threads
: to each other.

: Followups are set to alt.romath, alt.alien.vampire.flonk.flonk.flonk and
: alt.fan.karl-malden.nose. Please keep any followups to this post out of
: alt.ascii-art and alt.animals.felines.

: If you can't crosspost for some reason, please post your follow-up to
: alt.romath. If your server doesn't keep the group alt.romath you can
: access it through http://www.deja.com/

: Yes I am trying to get some cat people into this. I guess that could be
: considered trolling. Please forgive me for that. What I really want is
: for this discussion to move over to alt.romath, and I also want some of
: JRO's statements in his "recipe" to be challenged by knowledgeable
: people.

: A little background for the cat people and the Romathians
: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

: What you see quoted below is the latest trolling attempt by a poster in
: alt.ascii-art who got himself into a little flame war with me during the
: past few days. Those of you who are interested in such things can enjoy
: it at Deja:

: http://www.deja.com/=dnc/[ST_rn=ps]/viewthread.xp?search=thread&recnum=%3c8404ni$bve$1...@nnrp1.deja.com%3e%231/6&AN=564544280&svcclass=dnserver&frpage=getdoc.xp

: I get the distinct impression that JRO wants a fight, but he has so far
: refused my invitations to come over to alt.romath and join the flaming
: fun there.

The only thing wrong with it is that it doesn't look like the instructions
are correct, and he's advocating theft.
