   Posting and reading rec.arts.ascii works fine for the majority of 
people and sites.

   But a few people are having problems pssting.  These problems are 
caused by having to change article submission addresses the same day the 
group was created.

   These problems can be fixed by asking your news-admin to check and see 
if rec.arts.ascii has its article submission address as bob...@gagme.wwa.com

   That should take care of the problem.
