  First of all, using an "alias" to post that to a channel
would require the spaces -$chr(32)- be replaced with -$chr(0160)-
this will prevent the smushing you experiance.
  If you use mIRC, a better way to do what you want to do (since I 
dont see %nn or %az in your pic) would be to have your pic saved as 
a plain .txt (like dragon.txt) in your folder for the IRC program. 
You could then "play" the txt in a channel with the following command.

.dragon:/play dragon.txt

with a greeting
.dragon:say Hello $1 you look good (licking lips)  |  play dragon.txt
