This image Firefox 2/Linux on the top and elinks on the bottom.

They are both coming up with fixed fonts.  The bottom one doesn't
have a choice since it is a text browser that displays /everything/ in
fixed fonts but the Firefox one on top is also showing fixed font and
not a proportional font.
