Does it bother you to get these bulk-emails?! OF COURSE IT DOES!
IF you could choose, you'd choose NOT to get any unsolicited mail,
am i right?!
You don't have the option to choose wether you WANT to receive
it or not, you just get it, and your mailbox is bombed with JUNK!
how many "make money fast" messages did you get allready? how many
will you get until you decide it's enough!
If we don't do something about this, we will receive more and
more bulk Email, and it will only get worse, as more companies
decide to use these bulk mail software, to spam us innocent internet
users!
THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING!
Look at what the "Dynamic mail" folks have written:
"...Frankly the vast majority of people appreciate short,
informative messages about useful new products and/or
services and do NOT want others interfering with their
ability to receive potentially valuable information on
the Internet since that's what the Internet is supposed
to be all about!..."
What about the freedom of choice? i don't want to ever get
bulk mail, and you FORCE me to get it.
"...It seems that these Net purists want
to return to the days when only academics and government
agencies had access but that world has moved on. The last
thing any legitimate business wants to do is antagonise
potential customers..."
Well, i'm not a net-purist, all i want is a peace of mind.
If i wanna look for a product, i'll do a search! all you do
is make me HATE those companies for using bulk mail.
"...The explosion of E-mail broadcasting
makes it clear that the VAST MAJORITY of people want to
receive unsolicited information that can improve the quality
of their lives and that most people do NOT want others making
decisions for them. If someone is irritated by unsolicited
E-mails, they can JUST IGNORE THEM, THIS IS THE COST OF A FREE
SOCIETY! If an Internet Provider charges per message or byte
one can always GET ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER!..."
That's bullshit. Nobody likes intrusion. They are using us to
make money! our privacy is invaded, and there's NO LAW to
protect us, because the net has NO laws, but since it has no
laws, there's also no law against us protesting actively against
it! therefor, i invite you all to ACT against these folks!
Do the right thing. Let these people know what you think!!!
